Return & Refund Policy

At YTT Trophy, we take pride in delivering high-quality trophies, plaques, and awards that are customised to meet your needs. Since most of our products are made-to-order and often personalised with names, logos, or messages, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Customised/Personalised Items: These are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has started. This includes all items with printing, laser, etching, film, engraving, stickers, or metal plates, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

• Non-Custom Items: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

2. Errors & Defects

We will provide a free replacement or refund if:

• The product received is significantly different from the approved artwork.

• There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken parts, poor engraving, wrong design).

• The wrong item was delivered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing photos of the issue. 

While we ensure quality, please note that minor imperfections or light scratches may occur from the manufacturing and handling process. These do not affect the overall presentation or value of the product and are not eligible for replacement or refund, unless under our discretion.

3. Change of Mind or Customer Error

• Orders cannot be refunded or returned due to changes of mind once payment has been made.

• If incorrect information (e.g., spelling of names, event details) is provided by the customer, YTT Trophy will not be responsible. However, we may offer a discounted reprint/replacement at our discretion.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet). Please allow up to 7–14 working days for the refund to be completed.

5. Delivery Issues

• If a product is damaged during delivery, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with supporting photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
